Committees

Committees are what transcends a business-like Association to a Community of neighbors. Dartmouth Green currently has four formally chartered Committees to assist the Association in the execution of its duties and Community events. Please welcome and support your Committee volunteers as identified in the left margin of the following pages. It’s also a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends.

Social Committee - The purpose of the Dartmouth Green Social Committee is to facilitate interaction amongst all Dartmouth Green homeowners and residents through a variety of planned social events, designed to appeal to a wide cross section of the Dartmouth Green Community with the intended result to improve neighborhood camaraderie, fellowship and a sense of community.

Welcoming Committee - The purpose of the Dartmouth Green Welcoming Committee is to welcome new homeowners to our community through a friendly outreach program. As a community welcome and gesture of friendship, the Welcoming Committee shall prepare a welcoming gift basket and meet the new neighbors shortly after the new owners’ move-in date.

Architectural Review Committee - The purpose of the Dartmouth Green Architectural Review Committee is to maintain Community curb appeal and property values by overseeing architectural compliance and exterior architectural improvement requests in accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents.

Holiday Decorations Committee - The purpose of the Dartmouth Green Architectural Review Committee is to decorate the Community entryway for holidays.
